If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • You’ve changed your mind and the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, simply email support@ozvite.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • A photo (if applicable, e.g., damaged item)

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To ensure product safety and hygiene, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window
  • Clearance or promotional items marked "Final Sale"

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way — no chasing, no stress.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • If you simply changed your mind, we kindly ask you to cover the return postage. We recommend using a trackable service for your peace of mind.
